Returns, Exchange, Refund & Shipping policy 

Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at support@justgoodfood.shop with details of the product and the defect and share the images of the damage. You can send the item you consider defective to: JGFC Retail Private Limited, Building No. 12, Khasra No. 42/18/1, Village Badli, New Delhi - 110042Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product, no question asked.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product(s) during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Food items once opened are NON-RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE. The display of the products and the descriptions mentioned on the website for the products does not guarantee that the results of cooking these products will be same for all or guaranteed to be the same. The final product is clearly a result of the preparation method by you/the customer and the company does not hold itself responsible for the final dish, taste/flavour or appearance of the dish as prepared by the user/the customer. By using our website/services, you voluntarily and expressly absolve the company of any such claims.  

Returns Policy
If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly at +91 9958852341 (Deepak) or you can WhatsApp also on this number and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Our return policy for non-perishable items lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
Pre-paid orders can only be cancelled through a written mail to us at support@justgoodfood.shop. Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are cancelable only if they have NOT shipped out from our warehouse. If the COD order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the order will not taken as cancelled and will be deemed to be fulfilled, and that you shall be liable to accept the parcel and pay.

Shipping
Shipping to locations within India above Rupees 2000 (Two thousand) are free of cost (Free Shipping) or as per the policy the company may introduce from time to time. This may however change from time to time based on the promotions the company understates. Please refer to the Promotions listed on the site for updates. Please note, we only ship to postal codes as serviced by our delivery and logistics partner(s).

Return Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to Just Good Food Co. Building No. 12, Khasra No. 42/18/1, Village Badli, New Delhi - 110042. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over INR 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

At Just Good Food Co. we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality food products and exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy outlined below:

Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products due to issues such as spoilage, damage during shipping, or any other quality-related concerns, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We may request photographic/video evidence or other documentation to assess the issue.
  2. Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order or there are missing items from your delivery, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by arranging for the correct items to be delivered or by issuing a refund for the missing items.
  3. Allergen Concerns: If you have concerns about allergens or ingredients in our products, please review the ingredient list provided with each item carefully before making your purchase. We cannot offer refunds for products that were purchased without prior consideration of any allergens or dietary restrictions.
  4. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if you simply do not like the taste of a product. We encourage our customers to reach out to us with any questions about our products before making a purchase.
  5. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@justgoodfood.shop with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and, if applicable, initiate the refund process. Refunds will typically be processed within 7 to 10 days of approval and will be issued to the original form of payment.
  6. Gift Cards and Promotional Items: Please note that gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 Conditions of Sale (between Sellers and the Customer)

Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for any products with the Sellers ("We" or "Our" or "Us", wherever applicable) on the Justgoodfoood.shop (the website). These conditions signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
In addition, when you use any current or future Justgoodfoood.shop service, you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines, and conditions applicable to that service ("Terms"). If these Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

Terms of Use/Contract
Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the product is dispatched to you and an e-mail confirmation is sent to you that the product has been dispatched to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Dispatch Confirmation E-mail and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between you and us for the product(s) specified in that Dispatch Confirmation E-mail.

Your contract is with us (the Sellers) and you confirm that the product(s) ordered by you are purchased for your internal/personal purpose and not for resale or business purpose. You authorize us to declare and provide a declaration to any governmental authority on your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose of the products ordered by you on the website. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product. Please note that we sell products only in quantities which correspond to the typical needs of an average household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.

Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. All prices are inclusive of VAT/CST, service tax, Goods and Services Tax ("GST"), duties and cesses as applicable - unless stated otherwise.

Taxes
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses etc.

Health & Safety
By purchasing any product from our shop, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Health & Safety Guidelines.

Children
Use of Justgoodfoood.shop is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may purchase only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Communications
When you visit justgoodfood.shop, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including SMS, e-mails or phone calls from us with respect to your order.

Losses
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.

Alteration or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
